Welcome to the forum, lancashirelass. I always tell Blackburn fans about the only Rovers match I've ever seen in person. It was Bolton v Blackburn at the Reebok last season...down 1-0 at halftime but won it late on 2-1 through a Jason Roberts goal.

Now if only Jas had done the same last week,

Benni saved us from ebarrasment yesterday for sure, Matt has been playign ok this season but he was a bit dire yesterday, we should have easily beat boro, hope we improve soon or get rid of Ince, was nice to see Villanueva with a start yesterday and he certainly proved he deserves a first team start he was awesome

Never watched it Bob but saw we got another 1 point when I looked at Ceefax,

I guess we best be grateful for small mercies.

Hopefully Ince can get us to the 7th place.

cheers cheers

Rovers were the best team by far on the day but couldn't finish the chances, Villanueva was the best man on the pitch by some way. Lucky 93rd minute goal from Benni saved total embarrasment

Hi I'm a Spurs fan, I was a 1 year old when we beat Forest in 91, so until last year, I'd never seen us win anything. Can't moan when you look at what's happened to Newcastle.

Banned from Claretsmad for introducing politics to my fellow dingles (in fact, I took the hump after four pulled threads without even the benefit of a yellow card). If I work hard on my words -- not least how to be nice to Rovers fans -- I'd like to think those words have some permanence in cyberspace, say two or three hours at least.

Born in Burnley I now live in Savannah, Georgia the USA. I was brought up in Manchester, went away to University (Hertford College, Oxford) then emigrated to the US and wrote a Ph.D. on Zimbabwe. So much for my mis-spent youth.
